*)  Farang is the generic Thai word for a foreigner of European ancestry (and a long nose). While generally farang is a neutral word, it can be used in a mocking manner, or even as an insult depending on the context. And who had to watch the sweating and horribly dressed meat balls that this girl saw can understand her facial expression.
Khun Phra tschuai is an expression that resembles the English "Oh my God" or "Heaven help".
