Who, when looking at this fountain scene in Munich inevitably senses the clique of the city's "upper one thousand", the buddies (by less well-meaning fellows occasionally called nepotism) that, overlooked by the "Frauenkirche" (a famous church building), complacently and with grave-like cold arrogance spit down on those that depend on them, and hold them up to mockery?
